Theory (10%):

1. History of Taekwondo

Patterns (Teul) (40%):

1. Chon-Ji (19 moves)
2. Dan-Gun (21 moves)
3. Do-San (24 moves)
4. Won-Hyo (28 moves)
5. Yul-Gok (30 moves)
6. Joong-Gun (32 moves)


Sparring (Kyorugi) (30%):

1. Basic Stances
2. Footwork
3. Hand Techniques
4. Kicking Techniques
5. Defense Techniques
6. Counterattack Techniques
7. Sparring drills


Breaking (Kyokpa) (10%):

1. Basic Breaking Techniques
