परिचय  यह ग्रेडिंग और प्रशिक्षण मैनुअल टाॅकवोन-डो के सभी छात्रों के लिए एक प्रशिक्षण मार्गदर्शिका होने के विशिष्ट उद्देश्य के साथ-साथ उन लोगों के लिए लिखा जाता है, जो टैकवॉन-डो के बारे में ज्ञान चाहते हैं।  मैंने वर्ष 1985 में "दिल्ली ताइक्वाँ-डो इंस्टीट्यूट" के नाम से TFD पाया और वर्ष 1989 में कई के लिए तायक्वॉन-डो और अन्य मार्शल आर्ट का प्रशिक्षण लेने के बाद "दिल्ली के तायक्वों-डो फेडरेशन ऑफ़ दिल्ली" के रूप में फिर से पंजीकृत किया गया।  भारत और विदेशों में कई क्लबों में।  इस महासंघ के गठन का मुख्य उद्देश्य छात्रों के लिए प्रामाणिक, उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले निर्देश और अवसर प्रदान करना था, जो कि ताइक्वान-डो में खुद को बढ़ावा देने के लिए बहुत उत्सुक हैं, जो कि विशेष रूप से दिल्ली में भारत के कई ताइक्वा-डो स्कूलों में कमी पाया जाता है।  मेरा मानना ​​है कि, ITF प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य केवल एक टूर्नामेंट खेल ही नहीं, आत्मरक्षा के रूप में तायक्वों-डो का सही मूल्य बनाए रखना है।  जो छात्र अनुशासन, आवेदन और समर्पण के साथ अध्ययन करते हैं, वे ज्ञान और कौशल वाले अधिक से...
